As your nutrition and health coach, I’m not going to prescribe you a diet. I am not going tell you to eat five carrots a day or berate you for skipping the dreaded “lunch salad”. What I am going to do is help you step into your healthy you by creating a VISION for your health.
When we work together, we work as a team to co-create your health vision and define what is most important to you. Every body is unique, and nutrition for one person can be a whole different story when it comes to you! It is my mission to cut through the noise, work with you 1:1 to uncover your personal nutrition needs, and help you define the vibrant lifestyle you want to live.
My Story...
After working in critical care hospitals in the nutrition department for six years, I have seen how nutrition can provide amazing transformations in someone’s life. However, I have also seen how, without support and education, the weight of changing your food lifestyle can be debilitating. And more than that, I realized how so many of the health problems we face through life could’ve been minimized by the food we eat, how we eat, and the lifestyle we adopt.
I invested the next 4 years studying to be a health coach. I no longer wanted to feel helpless in the face of my clients, prescribing a diet while not being able to support, customize, and guide them along the way. Now, as a Board Certified Health Coach, I am ready to help my clients prioritize their health so they can love the delicious, energizing, and customized foods that fit their unique needs.
